New Day Art, Side On Gallery

It was a new day when I started making these things. Making objects instead of paintings. Things that exist in the real world. In three dimensions instead of two. In your space. Enigmatic objects. Mysterious things. Almost functional, almost historical, archaelogical. Symbolic. Speaking of something other.

What can you say? The response must be as intuitive as the creation was. Feel them in relation. In relation to your body. In relation to the space. In relation to each other.

They are pointers to another picture. The reality behind the seen life. A place where matter and spirit meet.

Rather ethereal I admit. The objects on another level are just beautiful suggestive things. Discreet, sensuous, subtle and potent. Sharing your space in a quiet way. Sooner or later they invite a response.
